With over a decade of robust leadership in the vibrant hospitality industry, I have embarked on a remarkable journey to inspire and empower those around me. My diverse experiences, from relocating to the UK in 2004 and achieving a brown belt in judo to successfully launching five privately-owned restaurants in London, have profoundly shaped my values of perseverance, resilience, and creativity, refining my approach to problem-solving.
